Hi, I'm Chrissy

As a Canadian Certified Counsellor, I have a passion for helping individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, ADHD, postpartum depression, parental burnout, relationship difficulties and more. For the past 10 years, I have been working with individuals, couples and families to help them overcome their current struggles, set healthy boundaries and live a more fulfilled life.

I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and am Level 2 Gottman certified, but will ultimately use a multitude of techniques to help meet my clients’ individual needs. In my practice, I am known for empowering and motivating my clients to push past their limitations in order to achieve their personal goals.

While I know that it can be hard to reach out for help and that therapy can sometimes be awkward, I pride myself on forming a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients, where they feel at ease to share. Using compassion, empathy and a little bit of humour, I help my clients explore their current circumstances in a safe and supportive environment.
