Hello I’m Elissa,
Taking the step to seek help is a powerful gift for yourself or your child and I applaud your decision. I am a dedicated and compassionate professional with over 20 years clinical experience providing services to clients of different populations and diverse needs. I work with children, adolescents, families and couples helping them find solutions to their personal and mental health challenges.
I have competency in broad subject matter including, addictions, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, burnout, behavioural issues, ADHD and I have extensive experience working with children and families in crisis. I am a Doctoral candidate in Counselling and Psychotherapy and a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. I am the Quebec Ambassador for the Canadian Therapist Network.
Being authentic and empathetic, my goal is to help my clients on their journey to becoming their best selves by identifying challenges, working through struggles and empowering them to create positive and lasting change. I use a multitude of therapeutic approaches to best meet my client’s needs while providing a safe and comfortable space.
