Meet Sarah!
“I wish I could show you when you are lonely or in darkness the astonishing light of your own being.” – Hafiz –
Over the past 12 years, I have been supporting individuals who are approaching the end of life, living with illness, or embarking on a grief journey.
I work to create a safe environment for children, youth, adults, and seniors as they navigate life’s greatest challenges. Whether you are a caregiver, living with your own illness, or grappling with the loss of your loved one, I am here to offer you a supportive environment to heal and grow.
Art therapy offers a unique opportunity to work through difficult transitions without having to find the “right” words to express how you are feeling.
For children and young people, art can be a natural means to process difficult emotions. For adults, art can be used to explore new territories and help make sense of the world when it seems to be falling apart.
Using art therapy and counselling, we can work together to help identify and integrate healthy coping tools, so you feel better equipped to face the unknown and find balance and peace in your life.
