Hello, my name is Aimée Wallace. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from McGill University and a Master’s degree in Sexology from the Université du Québec à Montréal. I am also a member of the Ordre des sexologues du Québec (OPSQ).
In my practice, I use a humanistic, cognitive‑behavioral, solution‑focused, and psychodynamic approach that builds on your strengths. My goal is to help you identify your needs, better understand yourself through your challenges, and find practical solutions to move forward—all in a caring, non‑judgmental environment that respects your pace. My down‑to‑earth style helps clients feel comfortable discussing even the most sensitive topics.
I am passionate about supporting people of all ages with concerns related to sexuality, relationships, and wellbeing. Some of the areas I work with include intimacy and communication issues, body image and self‑esteem, gender identity and sexual orientation, sexual pain, sexual trauma, and challenges such as compulsive behaviors, problematic pornography use, or performance anxiety.
