I am a Master's level counselling practicum student with a background in Sociology and Psychology. I strive to create a welcoming and supportive space where clients feel comfortable showing up authentically and exploring their experiences with curiosity and selfcompassion. I believe that each person is shaped by their relationships, culture, and life experiences, and I value working collaboratively to understand the unique factors that contribute to their well-being.
I have a particular interest in supporting adolescents, adults, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, stress, and relationship challenges. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, navigating a difficult season of life, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, you do not have to face it alone.
I view counselling as a collaborative journey that honours each person's strengths, resilience, and capacity for change. I believe therapy is both a space for growth and healing and an opportunity to develop practical tools that can support you in your day-to-day life. My hope is to provide a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move toward meaningful and lasting change.
