As a Canadian Certified Counsellor, I am dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families overcome mental health challenges and build stronger relationships. My approach is collaborative and person-centred, fostering a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore, heal, and grow.
For couples, I specialize in using the Gottman Couples Counselling approach, a research-based method designed to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and deepen emotional connection. I also work with families to improve dynamics and address relational challenges.
For individuals, I provide support in managing mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and self-esteem issues. My practice integrates a cognitive-behavioural framework, emotion-focused approaches, mindfulness techniques, and mind-body strategies to promote emotional regulation, self-awareness, and overall well-being.
I believe in every client’s capacity for growth and change and am grateful for the opportunity to guide and support you on your journey toward healing, resilience, and connection.
