For over 15 years, I have supported children, youth, adults and families through some of life’s most challenging and meaningful transitions. Whether you or someone you care about is navigating a major life adjustment, the birth of a child, the loss of a loved one, depression, anxiety, or another difficult experience, I strive to create a warm, welcoming and supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.
My approach draws on trauma-informed practices, cognitive behavioural techniques, and arts-based modalities. These approaches offer different pathways for understanding and processing difficult experiences, developing insight, and discovering strategies that can support positive change and personal growth.
I am particularly passionate about working with children and young people through art therapy. Through the creative process, children and youth can communicate, reflect, and make sense of their experiences in ways that extend beyond traditional talk-based approaches.
I also bring 13 years of experience supporting individuals and families through grief and loss, including experiences related to death anxiety and end-of-life.
At the heart of my work is the belief that a trusting therapeutic relationship provides the foundation for meaningful change. I look forward to offering you a safe, creative, and compassionate space where you can feel supported along your journey.
