My name is Sukhmeet Randhawa, and I am a Master's in Counselling Psychology (MACP) practicum student dedicated to supporting individuals on their mental health journeys. I have experience working with children, teens, adults, and seniors.
I am committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges by using a multitude of therapeutic approaches tailored to meet your unique needs. If you are experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, family conflict, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, or difficulties settling as a new immigrant, I am here to support you through it all.
I am particularly interested in using humanistic interventions, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, and strength-based interventions. Additionally, I utilize family systems theory and have completed Gottman Couples Level 1 training, which enables me to work effectively with couples and families through these diverse modalities.
I am dedicated to building strong therapeutic relationships and creating a safe, empathetic, and culturally responsive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. Together, we can explore your concerns and work towards personal growth, healing, and meaningful change. I look forward to walking alongside you on this journey.
