I am a Master’s-level counselling psychology practicum student who values creating a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings with curiosity and without judgment. I take a holistic approach to counselling, considering the many factors that shape who we are, including our relationships, experiences, and life transitions.
My professional interests include supporting teens, adults, and families navigating stress, anxiety, low mood, self-esteem concerns, grief, life transitions, and existential questions. In my work, I collaborate with clients to develop coping strategies while helping them make meaning of their lived experiences.
“Therapy, done well, is not an intellectual experience; it’s a powerful emotional experience. In the right professional hands, it can change your life”- Jonathan Shedler
