As of Monday, June 23, 2025, we sent an email to all our clients from the past five years inviting them to activate their Jane account to access the new platform.
If you’re a current client of the clinic, this account will let you book appointments online, make payments, and view your account balance, appointment history, and receipts for visits after June 24, 2025.
If you were a client in the past and received the email inviting you to complete your file, please note that signing up on the Jane platform does not mean you have to book an appointment—but you're more than welcome to if you'd like 😊

Discover our new health records platform – a simplified and secure experience!
Dear clients of the Vaudreuil-Soulanges Mental Health Clinic,
We’re pleased to announce the launch of our new platform for managing your health records electronically. Designed to give you instant, secure, and personalized access to your information, this solution represents a major step forward in enhancing our services.
With your account, you’ll be able to book, cancel, and view the history of your appointments; update your contact information; view past and current invoices; and make payments.
Please note some of our procedures are changing.
We strongly recommend reading the full details below.
• Simplified access: View your records, invices, and appointments in just a few clicks—anytime—using the client app available on your smartphone's app store.
• Enhanced security: Your data is protected by advanced security protocols, in accordance with the provincial standards.
• User-friendly interface: Navigate easily with a platform designed to support your booking needs.
You will receive an email between June 20-22 which will invite you to log in to the new platform to complete your profile. You will also be asked to fill out new forms designed to inform you about updated procedures and expectations related to the new system.
All past and future appointments will be transferred to the new platform, so there’s no need to reschedule any existing bookings.
Starting Wednesday, June 25, 2025, the new platform will be used exclusively. You will receive your invoice on the morning of your appointment, and payment is required before the session begins. Full details are available in the payment policy included in the updated consent form. Please read it carefully!
We’ve implemented a transition period to help you get familiar with this tool without any disruption to services.
