As a licensed social worker, I’m passionate about supporting individuals who spend more time in their heads than in their bodies. It’s easy to get caught in cycles of overthinking, over-analyzing, or putting others’ needs first, and it can feel exhausting to carry that weight alone. By integrating a variety of therapeutic approaches, I aim to create a space where these experiences and emotions can be understood with compassion rather than judgment.
With children and teens, I focus on helping them feel safe, understood, and empowered to express their emotions in manageable ways. I also work collaboratively with families to strengthen communication, build coping skills, and support positive connections, creating a foundation for growth and resilience.Â
I help clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, emotion dysregulation, burnout, and family or relationship conflict, all while managing everyday stressors. My approach is empathetic, genuine, and collaborative, providing a space where clients can show up as they are. Together, we can untangle patterns that keep you feeling stuck, while empowering you to grow in a way that feels authentic to you.
