As a counselor passionate about Emotional-Focused Therapy, humanistic, and existential therapy, I approach each client from a holistic perspective, valuing their inner wisdom and unique journey. I believe that each person inherently knows what is best for them; my role is to guide and support them in uncovering their own answers and finding authentic, meaningful solutions.
As an immigrant, a wife, and a mother, I understand the diverse challenges life presents at different stages. I also believe that our identities naturally evolve, shaped by life’s experiences and transitions. My approach is rooted in the understanding that body, mind, and soul are interconnected; often, our symptoms serve as signals, inviting us to pay closer attention to areas that need care and healing.
In my practice, I integrate emotional-focused therapy, somatic therapy, CBT, narrative therapy, and ACT to support individuals, couples, and families. Whether navigating personal growth, relational dynamics, or life transitions, I am here to help clients connect deeply with themselves and those around them, facilitating resilience, healing, and lasting change.
