Slip into comfy clothes or your pajamas, then sit or lie back on your sofa or in your bed. These sessions are a time just for you to practice self‑care: slow down, release physical and emotional tension, breathe more freely, and let your mind drift away from distractions so you can find calm within.
Format: Series of live sessions on Zoom™, guided by Helene Couvrette, C-IAYT
Length: 45-minute sessions (7:15–8:00 PM)
Series: 6 sessions, weekly
Cost: $60 per series

Registration Required: You must register for the first session of a series to attend the five following sessions.

The Zoom link for each session will be emailed to you the morning of the session.
You will receive the invoice and payment instructions by email a few days before the series begins.

I’ve never done meditation before — is this for me? Yes. Sessions are guided and accessible, with adaptations for all levels.
Do I have to turn on my camera? No, you can stay on audio-only if you prefer.
Can I watch a recording later? Sessions are live to preserve the group energy; recordings are not guaranteed.
What is the cancellation and refund policy? Full payment is required before the first session. Fees are non‑refundable if you miss one or more sessions.
How do I receive the Zoom link? The Zoom link is sent by email the day of each session.
Though this is a guided meditation group, rules on confidentiality and consent still apply. Information shared within the group by participants will be held in confidence within the group and information shared with group facilitators will be held confidential within the limits of professional ethical guidelines and legal requirements.
